Use cold compress
1. Place the product in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Take it out and put it directly on the body or put it in a cloth cover and put it on the body for 20 minutes.
Use hot compress:
1. Boil a pot of hot water, soak the product for 10 minutes, take it out and use it for hot compress on the human body.
2. Put the product in the microwave oven and heat it for 10 seconds over
